Fresh baked... small, flat and sweet!

Snickerdoodles originate from New England's tradition of whimsical cookie names. Here's a tasty sugar cookie you'll love!

This is a tasty Oatmeal Nut Cookie. But, if you prefer a less sweet cookie, you can reduce the white sugar by one-quarter cup, but you will lose some crispness. Do not overbake these cookies. The edges should be brown but the rest of the cookie should still be very light in color. Parchment makes for easy cookie removal and cleanup, but it’s not a necessity. If you don’t use parchment, let the cookies cool directly on the baking sheet for two minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack.

These Peanut Butter Cookies are delicious! But, dough rolled three times does indeed bake into a tougher cookie. So get as many dough shapes as you can out of each sheet, and donate dough that's been rolled more than twice to someone who needs rolling practice. These cookies are 2 1/2 inches that were rolled to 1/8 inch thick. (Re-roll no more than once!)
